Class Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets for any Made & Found Craft Class or Workshop (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree—on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring—to be bound by these Terms.
A. Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be flexible when possible.
- Full Refunds: Requests made up to 7 days before the scheduled Event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: Requests made up to 3 days before the Event are eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another person if you cannot attend. Please notify us in advance with the name and contact information of the new attendee.
- Event Cancellation: If we must cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of a valid request. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- How to Request a Refund: Please email us at madeandfoundohio@gmail.com with your ticket number and a brief note requesting a refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please reach out to us if something urgent prevents you from attending — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled class and fail to notify us in advance, no refund will be issued.
B. Liability Waiver
By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to release Made & Found, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the Event. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Made & Found and its affiliates against any claims arising from your participation.
C. Code of Conduct
We want everyone to have a fun and welcoming experience! All participants are expected to:
- Be respectful toward instructors and other attendees.
- Follow all class instructions and safety guidelines.
- Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.
Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
D. Photography & Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. Made & Found reserves the right to use such media in print or digital form.
E. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
F. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
G. Changes to Terms
Made & Found reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notifying registered attendees.
